Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Worker in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on the daily movement of products through the warehouse and ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation.

The schedule runs Tuesday–Friday, with evening hours and a requirement to lift up to 60 pounds. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 2 weeks PTO, 4% 401(k) match and holiday pay. Prior RF inventory experience is a plus, and attendance is highly valued in this family-oriented 3PL

This position is primarily responsible for the daily movement of product throughout the warehouse and maintaining accurate reconciliation of product.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cooler (34-38F)
• Ability to read/write/speak in English
• Good computer aptitude and math skills
• Lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds.
• Experience working within RF controlled inventory systems or with food products is a plus
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Exceptional attendance record

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience operating a forklift or powered pallet jacks
• Previous experience with RF controlled inventory systems (a plus)
