Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Whitestown, Indiana for a Temporary-Full time role with a path to permanent employment. Eligible staff receive weekly pay, on-the-job training, and a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

You will operate and assist with warehouse tasks, including use of powered industrial trucks, RF scanners, and pallet jacks, with a first shift from 6:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Join a team focused on reliable distribution and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to input data into the WMS system.
• Flexible to work overtime and be team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security.
• Perform picking and packing duties and address damage checks.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with material moves as needed.
• Collaborate in workgroups to improve warehouse operations.
