WOW Logistics Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our Appleton Distribution Center. 1st shift with a rotating weekly schedule, base pay $20/hour plus a $2/hour shift premium. We offer paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you grow with the team.

This safety-sensitive role emphasizes accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Applicants with forklift experience are preferred, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Paid 2-week training program with ongoing mentorship.
• Must be able to lift 50–60 pounds.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Safety first: operate MHE such as forklifts safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies.
• Team collaboration: work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency.
• Inventory management: receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment.
