Job summary

ALMAC Group is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Coordinator in Durham, NC. The role involves verifying and packing clinical site orders across ambient, controlled room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen shipments.

Hours are 7:30-4pm, with duties including document reviews, packing per protocols, and generating shipping labels. Required is a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in a distribution/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience in Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry preferred.
• Shipping experience beneficial.
• ERP system(s) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance.
• Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.
• Pack customer orders according to customer-specific protocols and Distribution Instructions.
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels.
• Pick Distribution Orders.
