Job summary

Alfa Laval's Richmond facility is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Worker to support receiving, shipping, and inventory control. The 9:00am–5:30pm schedule runs Monday–Friday with overtime as needed to meet business needs.

You will inspect incoming materials, enter data in the ERP system, scan orders, and coordinate with teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing. A forklift certification and ERP experience are valued as part of a collaborative, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous production or warehouse exposure preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required or preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Email) and Teams.
• ERP experience is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and actively participate in safety culture.
• Examine shipment contents and verify against packing lists and POs.
• Enter receiving data in ERP and note damages or discrepancies.
• Ship orders according to information on orders.
• Scan orders and ensure quantities match paperwork.
• Support ALPS priorities: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
