Job summary

ICP Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Carroll, Lynchburg, VA plant to handle materials, receive and ship products, and maintain accurate inventory records. This role uses a forklift and pallet jack daily to load and unload trucks and keep the warehouse organized.

The position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $19 per hour. Candidates should be detail oriented, able to perform basic math, and comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and enter data into an ERP system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills, including scale and calculator.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials.
• Team-oriented with readiness to assist other departments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklift and pallet jack.
• Enter receiving and inventory data into ERP.
• Maintain organized warehouse and assist other departments.
