Varstaff Staffing in Kent, WA is hiring an Inventory Warehouse Associate I - A to support our A Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM PST – 3:30 PM PST). You will receive, store and ship products while ensuring accurate inventory and safe PIT operation in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 2+ years in fulfillment center operations, forklift certification, BOM knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and math skills. Physical work demands lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience.
• Certified forklift experience is required.
• Foundational knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Strong analytical, communication, and basic mathematical skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and document incoming shipments and carrier deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound orders and kits for shipping.
• Safely operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conduct receiving inspections and ensure safety protocols and PPE compliance.
