Job summary

IPC/Endries International, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to ensure shipments are counted accurately and sent to customers on time. Responsibilities include kitting, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control with occasional forklift duties.

A valid driver’s license is required; forklift and delivery experience are desirable but trainable. Starting wage is $16 per hour with strong benefits and a focus on reliable attendance and basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Basic math and data entry skills expected.
• Forklift driving experience is desirable but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers.
• Perform inventory control and cycle counting.
• Assist with product delivery as needed.
• Operate forklift to move pallets and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
