Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Lebanon, IN seeks a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm). You will support daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of products, with RF handheld scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading/unloading, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, production, or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Experience using RF scanners for picking, packing, receiving, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.
• Willingness to be trained and certified on warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders using RF handheld scanners.
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, replenish, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations.
• Process inventory and order transactions through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify incoming shipments and finished goods for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support shipping and receiving functions, including labeling, staging, and preparing outbound shipments.
