Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Worker for 1st shift in Plainfield, IN. You will accurately receive, pick, move, and ship product, using RF terminals and a Warehouse Management System.

This non-exempt role requires 0–2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, good communication, and a team-focused attitude. Competitive pay at $19.00/hour with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Perform picking and packing duties to meet service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping.
• Determine product destination by scanning, reading labels and charts.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Keep accurate records and reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Learn responsibilities of other warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
• May operate warehouse and computer equipment.
• Perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
