Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Plainfield, IN is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, inspect, and process shipments. You will enter data into our inventory system, verify PO quantities, and adhere to safety procedures during lifting and handling throughout the shift.

We offer full-time permanent employment with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, prorated PTO, holiday pay, and an Employee Assistance Program. Overtime may be required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Google Docs and Sheets.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of employees and customers.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

Job description

Pay:

$18.50/hr - with the opportunity for pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime as required including Saturday and Sunday
