Job summary

PeopleShare is now hiring Warehouse Associates in New Castle, DE for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with unlimited overtime potential. Pay rate is $17/hour, with weekly pay and benefits after 30 days. Training provided with opportunities for advancement and a $50 referral bonus.

Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 50+ lbs, and pass pre-employment drug screening. This role offers a strong team culture and room for growth in a leading tire distribution warehouse.

Job Details for Warehouse Associate:

• Schedule: Full Time, 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)


• 8:00am - 6:00pm *Plus UNLIMITED OVERTIME*


• Pay Rate: $17/hour

Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate:

• Hand load drop-ship containers based on priority


• Consistent manual lifting for loading and banding of tires
