Job summary

PeopleShare is now hiring Warehouse Associates in New Castle, DE for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with unlimited overtime potential. Pay rate is $17/hour, with weekly pay and benefits after 30 days. Training provided with opportunities for advancement and a $50 referral bonus.

Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 50+ lbs, and pass pre-employment drug screening. This role offers a strong team culture and room for growth in a leading tire distribution warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Hand load drop-ship containers based on priority.
• Consistent manual lifting for loading and banding of tires.
• Match product labels with door and market numbers before loading.
