Job summary

Qualifications

• Ammonia refrigeration experience and leadership required.
• PSM/RMP certification milestones required within 18 months.
• Strong communication and team-focused approach.
• Ability to organize work within schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and troubleshoot utility systems (ammonia refrigeration, electrical, boiler, water systems).
• Develop and supervise PSM Coordinator and utility technicians.
• Ensure compliance with PSM/RMP, GMP, HACCP, SOPs and safety regulations.
• Provide cost estimates and reports for new projects and cover manager during absences.
