Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Train employees on processes, safety, and food safety procedures.
• Track progression of new hires during first 90 days and assist retention actions.
• Communicate company policies and procedures to employees.
• Assist with hands-on training for all job duties.
• Maintain new hire paperwork and training records.
• Conduct plant tours and on-the-floor training; remain visible in production areas.
• Ensure PPE is available and proper usage is understood.
• Set training schedules and complete annual training by year-end.
• Coordinate with management to relay training plans and resolve issues.
• Provide support to HR as needed; may work occasional Saturdays.

Job description

• Coordinates and facilitates orientation and annual training using Alchemy SISTEM.
• Ensure all employees starting work have complete understanding of our processes, safety procedures, and food safety procedures.
• Administers orientation and onboarding program.
• Tracks progression of new hires during first 90 days and assist management in retention action plans.
• Communicates Company policies and procedures to employees.
• Assists with hands on training for all employee job duties.
• Maintains new hire paperwork, and tracks all training records.
• Gives all new hires a plant tour, assist with on the floor training, and maintain a continuous presence throughout the production areas.
• Ensure new hires have the Personal Protective Equipment necessary for their position and understand how to use PPE.
• Set up schedules for training times and complete all annual training by year- end each year.
• Correspond with all levels of management throughout the facility to ensure training plans are communicated and issues are addressed.
• Provides support to HR department as needed.
• May be required to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
