Job summary

Case Farms is seeking a Training and Onboarding Coordinator to lead new-hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training across production areas. You will ensure PPE use, communicate safety procedures, and maintain training records to support retention and compliance.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, 1–2 years of training or public speaking, manufacturing experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • 1–2 years of training or public speaking experience.
  • Manufacturing or food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office skills expected.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead orientation and onboarding for new hires.
  • Provide hands-on training and on-floor coaching.
  • Track 90-day progression and assist retention plans.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain training records and paperwork.
  • Set up training schedules and complete annual trainings.
  • Assist HR as needed.
  • May work occasional Saturdays.

Job description

  • Coordinates and facilitates orientation and annual training using Alchemy SISTEM.
  • Ensure all employees starting work have complete understanding of our processes, safety procedures, and food safety procedures.
  • Administers orientation and onboarding program.
  • Tracks progression of new hires during first 90 days and assist management in retention action plans.
  • Communicates Company policies and procedures to employees.
  • Assists with hands on training for all employee job duties.
  • Maintains new hire paperwork, and tracks all training records.
  • Gives all new hires a plant tour, assist with on the floor training, and maintain a continuous presence throughout the production areas.
  • Ensure new hires have the Personal Protective Equipment necessary for their position and understand how to use PPE.
  • Set up schedules for training times and complete all annual training by year- end each year.
  • Correspond with all levels of management throughout the facility to ensure training plans are communicated and issues are addressed.
  • Provides support to HR department as needed.
  • May be required to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience training others, or with public speaking required.
  • Manufacturing or Food Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Strong organizational skills required
