Crescent Textile Solutions, a woolen-spun yarn manufacturer on the western shore of Lake Michigan in Two Rivers, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator.

The role involves operating and monitoring spinning frames to ensure consistent output, maintaining precise production records, and assisting with changeovers as needed. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 3:00 AM–1:00 PM, emphasizing safety and reliability.

• Previous experience with circular knitting machines a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor spinning frames to ensure consistent output.
• Keep accurate daily production time records and stock tickets.
• Assist in changeovers and adjust travelers as required.
• Creel in full spools and remove empty spools from Spinning Frame.
• Tie in roving as required.
• Doff frame when bobbins are full.
• Observe machines to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Notify supervisor of any quality problems immediately.
