Responsibilities

• Maintains production control boards/Tier boards in area.
• Recommends work schedule for area, including overtime and staffing.
• Escalates all corrective actions to supervisor.
• Ensures all work instructions are followed in assigned areas.
• Assists supervisor in training planning and matrix maintenance.
• Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine material and operation sequences.
• Inspects work in progress and finished products.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Analyzes and resolves work issues and assists coworkers.
