Job summary

Anderson|Biro, LLC is seeking a dependable Slitter Operator for the 1st shift (7:30am-3:30pm). The role involves safely setting up, operating, and maintaining slitting equipment and supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform material handling, quality inspections, packaging, and routine equipment maintenance while following safety procedures to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret production specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting equipment to meet specifications.
• Load/unload material using cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Inspect, measure, package, label, and stage finished products for shipment.
