Job summary

Lingo Staffing, Inc. in Sanford, FL is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to start ASAP. You will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, then package and ship orders while keeping precise inventory in our ERP system.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred; overtime is optional on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with FedEx, UPS is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against POs and ERP records.
• Package, label, and ship orders using FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely while moving materials.
• Perform shipping/receiving transactions in ERP systems and computer
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and follow safety procedures.
