Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, FL to handle shipping, receiving, and routing of materials. The role requires standing up for a forklift and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.

The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekend work. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be prepared to work the full shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of materials management experience
• Some data entry experience preferred
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Good communication and record-keeping skills

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, process and route all materials into the facility and off-site facilities and enter receipts in the software
• Notify Warehouse Manager of discrepancies between materials and shipping documents
• Prepare shipments with documentation for outbound shipments
• Manage Returned Goods according to SOP
• Deliver stock to staging areas and rotate stock based on receipt date and expiration dates
• Assist in cycle counts and full physical inventory
• Assist in order entry, picking, packing, and delivery of internal and external orders as needed
• Operate materials handling equipment as needed (forklift, pallet jack)
• Perform other duties as required
