Menasha Corporation is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Neenah, Wisconsin. This onsite role connects production and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries, coordinates inbound and outbound freight, and supports daily shipping operations.

Pay is $27.00 per hour with a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Minimum 1 year of shipping/inventory experience and proficiency with MS Office and SAP are required.

About The Opportunity

The Shipping Coordinator serves as the primary link between production and customer service, ensuring on‑time deliveries and efficient shipment planning. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory transactions, communicating with carriers and logistics providers, and supporting daily shipping operations.

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Location: 100% Onsite

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary link between production, customer service, and logistics providers to ensure on‑time customer deliveries. This role is responsible for shipment scheduling, inventory management, customer reporting, freight coordination, and daily communication with production and shipping teams.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Logistics

• Plan and coordinate on‑time customer deliveries.
• Prepare daily inbound and outbound shipment schedules.
• Schedule freight carriers and assign shipments using the most cost‑effective transportation methods.
• Determine the appropriate mode of transportation for shipments.
• Communicate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers regarding customer‑paid freight.
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipping files and labels.
• Manage dock activity with truck drivers and forklift operators.

Inventory & Order Management

• Adjust inventory transactions within SAP.
• Reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive and tag customer‑owned products.
• Review new orders and process order changes affecting existing shipments.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between production and customer service teams.
• Report shipment and inventory data into customer‑based systems.
• Meet daily with production scheduling teams.
• Participate in meetings to communicate policy changes, updates, and operational information.
• Provide backup support to the Shipping Manager or Senior Shipping Clerk as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using computer systems related to shipping, logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure or ruler.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.

Additional Requirements

• This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring constant attention to safe work practices.
