Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Irving, TX, seeks a 1st shift Shipping team member for a full-time role from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday. You will prepare shipments, receive products via Plex ERP, and label all orders for accurate delivery.

Nut to 18+ years, able to stand 8–10 hours, and able to read and understand English is required. Forklift operation and inventory tasks are core duties; ESOP benefits apply with our employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make boxes to meet production and repack demand.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move product within warehouse.
• Receive and label purchased parts and sub-contracted shipments in Plex ERP.
• Label orders with destination labels and complete shipping paperwork.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts.
