Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Irving, TX plant. You will perform shipping and packaging tasks, label orders, and move materials using a forklift or hand truck.

The role requires operating within Plex ERP, handling inventory transactions, cycles counts, and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation. Candidates must be 18+, capable of standing 8–10 hours, and able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours and perform essential duties.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for safety and instruction.
• Willingness to work on 1st shift and perform warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make boxes to meet production and repack demand.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move products within warehouse.
• Receive and label purchased parts and subcontract shipments.
• Repack parts into different containers and label containers.
• Print and label new containers via Plex ERP system.
• Follow safety rules and plant policies; perform other duties as required.
