Job summary

Smalley is hiring for a machine operator role in Illinois. You will learn to independently set up and operate high-speed machinery, load wire safely, and manage tooling and spools. The job emphasizes precision inspection using micrometers and calipers and basic troubleshooting to keep production on track.
