Job summary

Smalley is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up and run two small flat wire machines, loading wire safely and monitoring quality throughout the process. You will document data, operate testing equipment, and collaborate with team members to keep production on schedule.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, basic math and English skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

• Reports machine or material problems and suggests solutions.
