This hands-on leadership role sits within an experienced supervisory team with room for growth. Competitive base salary of $86,000–$93,000 per year plus a 5% bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.
