KLA Industries, Inc. in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring Production Supervisors to lead bakery operations on first, second, and third shifts. This hands-on leadership role manages 15–25 production employees and partners with maintenance, quality, and other teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff. Competitive salary and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $86–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
