Job summary

Tyson Foods in Alabama is seeking a Paw Bagger/Scaler to catch and weigh paw bags at the hopper scale, adjust product quantities as needed to meet weight requirements, and place completed bags into boxes for further processing.

The role requires close attention to detail, strict safety and quality adherence, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment, including weekend shifts and potential 12-hour days.

Qualifications

• Must follow all Tyson safety & hygiene policies/procedures.
• Must be able to lift heavy items.
• Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Must be able to work all production scheduled weekends and able to work 12 hour shifts if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all product is labeled with correct information and boxed with required quantities.
• Produce sample tare after all setups or changeovers.
• All other assignments assigned by management.
