Job summary

Key Personnel is seeking a 1st Robotic Weld Operator in Holland, MI for a temp-to-hire role. The worker will weld sub-assemblies to final assemblies by spot welding nuts, verify weld quality, and ensure alignment and strength meet standards.

Reading operation sheets in English is required, and accurate documentation is necessary. Responsibilities include completing audit sheets, following safety procedures, and collaborating with the Quality Department to resolve issues while keeping the work

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to complete required documentation and audits.
• Follow safety and quality procedures consistently.
• Work with quality and other departments to resolve issues.
• Efficiently operate machinery after training.

Responsibilities

• Weld sub-assemblies to final assembly by spot welding nuts.
• Verify welds, nuts, alignment and weld strength meet standards.
• Read operation sheets written in English and follow them.
• Fill out work orders for out-of-tolerance points and machine issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support continuous improvements.
