Job summary

Well-Spring, a Life Plan Community in Greensboro, NC, is seeking an RN or LPN for 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

The role provides nursing care, medication administration, and coordination with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care. The position requires a current NC RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS, and prior experience in assisted living or related settings.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and oversight to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support infection control and safety standards.
