Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community in Greensboro, NC seeks a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Assisted Living evening shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.).

This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and a supportive, team-focused environment. You will provide nursing oversight during evening hours, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality care while maintaining

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, or senior care.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Passion for working with older adults.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

In this role, you will provide nursing oversight during evening hours, supporting residents and care staff while ensuring a safe, calm, and well-supported environment. You’ll monitor changes in condition, respond to resident needs, administer medications and treatments, and work closely with CNAs and other members of the care team.
