Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High degree of dexterity and eye coordination with delicate equipment.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating machinery with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, and walk long distances.

Responsibilities

• Receive product onto Customer Repair system and input into Oracle/Access.
• Operate test equipment and conduct functional, environmental tests.
• Exchange of consumer/marine products and communicate via Service Report.
• Ship, weigh, package, and process units in Kewill database.
• Rework/repair Taiwan product, test, perform ECOs, and record results.
• Comply with Garmin Attendance Policy and DOT requirements.
• Remanufacture products, upload latest software, and test functionality.
• Maintain safety: lift up to 30 pounds and wear PPE.
