Job summary

Garmin Ltd. in Olathe, KS seeks a full-time Rework Operator (2nd Shift) to support Customer Repair activities. You will handle receiving, testing, reworking, and shipping of units, including applying Engineering Change Orders and maintaining BOM conformity.

Responsibilities include handling equipment, data entry, and ensuring compliance with safety and DOT requirements while supporting cross-functional repair operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good dexterity and eye coordination for delicate equipment handling.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Machine operation requires mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive product into the Customer Repair system and log into Oracle/MS Access.
• Operate test equipment and conduct functional, environmental, and performance tests.
• Exchange customer and marine products and document via Service Reports.
• Ship, weigh, package, and process units into Kewill database.
• Rework/repair Taiwan products, perform Engineering Change Orders, and test units.
