Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a 1st Shift Production Specialist in Perrysburg/Millbury, OH to prep and complete engineered resins for photochemistry. Shift hours are 7am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri, with responsibilities spanning inventory, batching, and recipes to meet production timelines.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent production experience, strong communication, and solid problem-solving abilities. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or High School degree with production experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a reliable live inventory of raw materials, WIP, or finished batches.
• Move chemicals from inventory to mixing tanks and empty drums into tanks.
• Provide first-hand support to Production on resin-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Create, review, and submit resin recipes for production schedules.
• Submit sampling for batching to fully approve batches.
• Utilize raw materials efficiently to minimize waste.
• Maintain documentation per the Quality Management System.
• Address equipment or batching issues impacting schedules.
