Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Apply product and compliance labels onto cartridges.
• Pour engineered resins into cartridges.
• Bag and box engineered resins into individual bags.
• Tape cartons, insert into master box, and palletize.
• Maintain quality control documentation.
• Suggest improvements for productivity and quality goals.
• Support Fulfillment on manufacturing issues.
• Maintain effective communication in the plant.

Your Job

This Packaging Specialist position is responsible for the labeling, pouring, and packaging engineered resins manufactured for photochemistry applications. A detailed breakdown of the different responsibilities associated with this position is defined below. 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) is available for this position.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Spectra health and safety and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for applying product and compliance labels onto cartridges
• Responsible for pouring engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridgesResponsible for bagging and boxing engineered resins into individual bags and cartons
• Responsible for taping cartons, inserting into master box, and palletizing
• Responsible to follow and maintain all the documentation associated with quality control
• Suggest procedural and process improvements to meet or exceed the plant’s productivity and quality goals.
• Provide firsthand support to Fulfillment on any manufacturing process issues
• Maintain effective communication channels (oral and written) to all levels at plant

Work Environment And Physical Demands
