Formlabs Inc. is seeking a Packaging Specialist to label, pour, and package engineered resins used in photochemistry applications. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while handling bags, cartons, and master boxes in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires physical work on the production floor, adherence to health and safety regulations, and collaboration across teams to improve processes and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Label and apply product and compliance labels to cartridges.
• Pour engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridges.
• Bag and box engineered resins into individual bags and cartons.
• Taping cartons, packing into master box, and palletizing.
• Maintain documentation for quality control and traceability.
• Support fulfillment on manufacturing process issues as needed.

A detailed breakdown of the different responsibilities associated with this position is defined below.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all Spectra health and safety and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.Responsible for applying product and compliance labels onto cartridgesResponsible for pouring engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridgesResponsible for bagging and boxing engineered resins into individual bags and cartonsResponsible for taping cartons, inserting into master box, and palletizingResponsible to follow and maintain all the documentation associated with quality controlSuggest procedural and process improvements to meet or exceed the plant's productivity and quality goals.Provide firsthand support to Fulfillment on any manufacturing process issuesMaintain effective communication channels (oral and written) to all levels at plantWork Environment and Physical Demands:Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature changes, and particulate materials.Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods.Core CompetenciesGood attendance recordSelf-motivated with the ability to work on an independent basis.Strong organizational and time management skills.What We OfferMedical/dental/vision insuranceUp to 3% 401k match after one yearLunch 3 days a weekUnlimited access to 3d printingEducation and TrainingHigh School diploma or equivalentWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
