Job summary

Rosecrance Moreland in Champaign, IL is seeking a Unit Specialist to supervise residents and deliver daily counseling, case management, group and educational activities in a therapeutic environment.

You will collaborate with the treatment team to implement individual plans, support families, and help residents develop independent living skills while ensuring safety and dignity for all clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques.
• Able to coordinate and present lectures for clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and implement behavioral interventions.
• Consult with primary counselor to develop/implement treatment plans.
• Provide resident education and group sessions.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and activities.
• Oversee daily house activities and meals planning.
• Maintain client service records per rules and regulations.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct.
