Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1 year of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS procedures and policies is desirable.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with analytical testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, assemble, inspect, repair and test locomotive traction motor components.
• Operate manual and automated production equipment.
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes following safety guidelines.
• Maintain quality and adhere to 5S in the work cell.
• Support training of other employees on procedures.
