Job Summary

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will replenish empty bin locations with available stock and put away inbound received products to ensure proper stocking and readiness for picking.

Key Responsibilities

• Put away products according to inventory control guidelines
• Remove shrink wrap from pallets and secure pallets for transport
• Report damage and inventory discrepancies promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock and facility areas
• Maintain food safety and housekeeping standards
• Replenish empty pick bins
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework or technical education a plus
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Reach truck experience required
• Must pass operational fork truck test with 80% or better
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work at elevated heights with PPE
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Environmental Conditions

• Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally
• Work in refrigerated environments with fluctuating temperatures
• Work safely at heights up to 36 feet
• Use PPE and equipment safely after training

The starting pay range is from $23.50, with actual salaries varying based on location, experience, and qualifications.
