1st Shift Equipment/Forklift Operator (Mon-Thurs 6:00AM-4:30PM)

Join us as a 1st Shift Equipment/Forklift Operator (Mon-Thurs 6:00AM-4:30PM) at Dollar Tree Stores.

We are expanding our warehouse team at Family Dollar and seeking motivated industrial athletes to make a difference in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling freight and inventory safely, quickly, and efficiently
• Processing, packing, loading, and shipping freight accurately
• Checking merchandise for accuracy and damage
• Unloading trailers with hand tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Assisting with receiving and other warehouse duties as needed
• Lifting up to 70 lbs. frequently and standing/walking for 8+ hours
• Working effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $20.00/hour plus shift differential
• Monthly productivity bonus
• $500 referral bonus (uncapped)
