Job summary

Armada Staffing Group is hiring for a Full-time 1st shift Racker in Fort Wayne, IN. This hands-on role supports the anodizing process and production team in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will rack/unrack metal parts, prepare materials for coating, and ensure quality and safety while maintaining an organized workspace. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable working in an industrial/anodizing environment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rack and un-rack metal parts for the anodizing process
• Ensure parts are properly secured for coating and finishing
• Inspect parts for quality and proper placement
• Assist production team with moving materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned
