Job summary

Lake Air Products is seeking a dedicated 1st shift Quality Inspector at our Vadnais Heights, MN location. The QA Inspector will inspect components and assemblies for defects, perform GD&T and height-gage based measurements, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality systems.

The role supports production goals, participates in corrective actions, and collaborates with the quality team to drive quality and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Quality Inspection experience required.
• AA Degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Preferred certificates such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform all 1st piece inspections as required.
• Support and follow all Quality processes.
• Comply with ISO and quality system requirements.
• Perform all in-coming and in-process inspections as directed.
• Assist production and less experienced inspectors with IP inspections.
• Track defect data and participate in corrective actions.
