Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is hiring a 1st Shift Quality Control Technician I to ensure product quality from raw materials through finished goods, using HACCP, USDA, and GMP standards. You will perform a variety of checks, record results, and communicate findings to multiple departments.

Hours are 6:30 am–4:30 pm (Mon–Thu, schedule may vary). Compensation is $22.68 per hour. This is a full-time position reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor/Lead Person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Bilingual English & Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and checks on products including metal detectors and x-ray checks.
• Inspect product at different production stages to ensure quality.
• Maintain records of checks and data for audits and complaints.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
