Job summary

EMR is seeking a Production Worker for our Becker, MN location. You will remove materials from conveyors, sort items into correct chutes, and help maintain a clean shredder facility and yard. This full-time on-site role runs 6:00am–6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities include operating and sorting materials while supporting daily shredder operations. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly wage of $19 and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Capable of performing physical tasks in various environments.

About the Opportunity

As a Production Worker at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily shredder operations at our Becker, MN location. In this role, you will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support overall yard cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts
• Sort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyors
• Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

• Monday - Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm (no nights, no weekends)
