Job summary

EMR USA Metal Recycling is seeking a Production Worker at our Becker, MN site to help manage shredder operations. You will remove and sort materials from conveyors, assist with yard cleanliness, and support daily plant duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a consistent 6:00am–6:00pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with full-time year-round employment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Basic math skills required.
• Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of performing physical tasks in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts.
• Sort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyors.
• Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

As a Production Worker at EMR, you’ll play a key role in our daily shredder operations at our Becker, MN location. In this role, you will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support overall yard cleanliness.
