Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to location-specific quality alerts and containment actions.
• Follow first shot instructions and complete required documentation (scrap sheets, audits).
• Notify supervisor of slow speeds or high defect rates in the area.
• Operate machines during breaks or absences; assist in equipment coverage.
• Prepare boxes for machines and ensure proper material handling.
• Address non-conforming packaging and participate in rework as needed.
• Complete operator scrap tracking, FTQ, and hourly count sheets.
• Support in reworking and sorting non-conforming products.
• Ensure daily safety audits are completed and report unsafe conditions.
• Utilize job-specific PPE and obtain PPE as needed.
• Complete training verification check sheets timely.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and manage waste.
