Molnlycke Brunswick, ME is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Operator (3:00PM – 1:00AM). This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and a pay range starting at $21.75 per hour, with a $2 shift differential between 5:30pm and 5:30am. The position emphasizes teamwork, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement while producing Advanced Wound Care dressings on multiple processes and equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven success working in a team-based environment.
• Ability to meet performance measures with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and organization skills.
• Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture Advanced Wound Care dressings.
• Ensure quality, safety, cost, and customer service targets on KPIs.
• Engage in continuous improvement and Lean practices.
• Follow GMP and quality documentation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and line management.
• Support best practices to improve production, quality and safety.
