Qualifications

• Pre-employment physical, background check, and at least 2 references.
• Proven success in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate the production equipment to manufacture Advanced Wound Care dressings.
• Meet quality, safety, cost and customer service KPIs across a balanced scorecard.
• Engage in continuous improvement culture and Lean practices.
• Follow GMP and Good Documentation practices; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Communicate with team leads and line management; escalate issues promptly.
• Support efforts to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
