Job summary

Ventura Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Support Team Member to join our warehouse and dock areas. You will help keep materials moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility and support multiple areas of operation as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and practical problem-solving, with opportunities to learn about production alongside material handling duties. Monday–Friday shift and overtime as needed support a reliable work schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Receive, unload, verify, and organize inbound shipments.
• Load outbound shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Keep production supplied with materials and components.
• Use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory and material movement.
• Communicate professionally with truck drivers and teammates.
• Support warehouse, dock, and production activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adapt to changing priorities and learn multiple responsibilities.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ventura Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Production Support Team Member to join our team. This role is primarily based in our warehouse and dock areas, helping keep materials moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in organization, communicates well with others, and is willing to learn and support multiple areas of our operation. While this position primarily supports material flow, warehouse, and dock activities, team members may also assist in production as business needs change.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (plus overtime as needed)

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift, or related industrial experience preferred
• Valid driver\'s license required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Willingness to learn multiple jobs and support different areas of the facility
